The Fred Hollows Foundation commissioned a market research on the policy and donor/financing environment for Healthy Ageing. The assignment involved a comprehensive study of key ageing policies and frameworks at the global, regional and nationa levels. The market scan component explored funding trends and opportunities in relation to institutional donors, Development Banks, Trusts and Foundations, and the Private Sector.

The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Growth Matrix was applied as the analytical model for advising the client on which domains/areas they could be investing in, or divesting from.
Deliverables:
A paper outlining key findings / analyses was shared with The Fred Hollows Foundation. A slide deck based on the paper was also produced and presented to key internal stakeholders.
