Project Description:
The task was to undertake an organisational review of IWRAW-AP, a feminist organisation based in the Global South committed to the full realisation of women's rights through the pursuit of equality. The exercise involved a comprehensive look into IWRAW-AP's organisational structure, culture, values, policies and ways of working - with the purpose of identifying key strengths that the organisation could build on, as well as gaps that needed to be addressed.
Further Information:
The STAR model of organisational design (Jay Galbraith) was used as the key framework for analysing comprehensive data gathered through workshops, focus group discussions, key informant interviews and surveys.
Deliverables:
A final report was delivered to the organisation, along with a virtual townhall presentation to share the key findings of the exercise with all IWRAW-AP staff.
