Skills Applied:

Organisational development; workshop design & facilitation; change management; deep listening

Project Description:

The task was to undertake an organisational review of IWRAW-AP, a feminist organisation based in the Global South committed to the full realisation of women's rights through the pursuit of equality. The exercise involved a comprehensive look into IWRAW-AP's organisational structure, culture, values, policies and ways of working - with the purpose of identifying key strengths that the organisation could build on, as well as gaps that needed to be addressed.

Further Information:

The STAR model of organisational design (Jay Galbraith) was used as the key framework for analysing comprehensive data gathered through workshops, focus group discussions, key informant interviews and surveys.

A final report was delivered to the organisation, along with a virtual townhall presentation to share the key findings of the exercise with all IWRAW-AP staff.
